Rebranding exercises are always suggestive – you only have to think about Windscale’s rebirth as Sellafield. Along similar lines, the Audit Commission looks to be trying to reposition the Comprehensive Area Assessment as oneplace (oneplace is onelowercaseword for this purpose.)
