About Town Hall Matters

I have worked in the public sector for nearly 20 years – mainly within local government but also for a time in the civil service.  This blog sets out some personal observations on some of the issues concerning public sector reform which I find particularly interesting – behaviour change, the limitations of regulation, the potential of social media and other random subjects which catch my attention.  These are personal reflections and not those of my organisation.
